zleep health
Science-led sleep and recovery for individuals and organizations.
Sleep isn't just about how many hours you get.
We look at the factors that influence sleep to identify what's disrupting it, and where to intervene.
Clear and practical from the first session. Simple solutions that are easy to put into practice.
Extremely positive feedback from our employees on a topic still too often underestimated in the workplace. Looking forward to collaborating on more initiatives like these
A great foundation, but far too short!
Zleep was founded by Tiffany after her own experience with insomnia led her deep into the science of sleep. After years working in the corporate world, she saw firsthand how sleep affects how people think, feel and perform. She later worked closely with sleep expert Derek Loewy , helping shape Zleep's science-led approach. Today, Zleep brings together expertise in sleep science, behavioral change and human performance. Got certified in CBT-I.

Looking to bring sleep and recovery to your organization?
Sleep and recovery programs designed for modern organizations.
We help organizations turn sleep into a practical part of their employee health and performance strategy.
Interactive sessions that turn sleep science into practical action. Employees leave with a personal sleep assessment and actions they can try immediately.
Twenty-minute express consultations with a sleep expert, delivered on-site or virtually, inside a prevention or wellbeing day you've already scheduled.
Personalized coaching for leaders and senior teams where stakes of fatigue is the highest.
Four weeks of structured change, with weekly sessions led by a sleep expert. Going through it as a group is what gets people to the end.
Aggregated, anonymized data on how your people actually sleep: where the risk sits, what changed after the program, and which teams need attention. Group level only, never individual, and never reported on fewer than eight people.
Sleep is one of the most studied areas in health. We understand how it works, and the behavioural treatments have decades of research behind them.
And yet most people who sleep badly stay that way for years, often while wearing a tracker and following all the advice. Most of them would never call it insomnia. They'd say they're just tired, and that it's been like that for a while.
So the problem isn't a lack of information. It's that almost nobody sits between the science and the person, working out which part of it applies to them, to their life and to their schedule.
That's the gap Zleep was built to fill.
Tiffany Boumerhi spent years working in demanding corporate environments, including Amazon and L'Oréal. She knows what it's like to work under pressure, perform at a high level, and keep going while recovery quietly falls behind.
She also spent those years not sleeping.
When she looked for help, she found the market split in two. On one side, general advice written for an average person with an average schedule. On the other, clinical care she wasn't ill enough to qualify for. There was nothing in between for someone who was working, performing, and running at a fraction of their capacity.
That search led her into the science, then into training in evidence-based approaches to sleep, and to certification in CBT-I under Dr Gregg D. Jacobs of Harvard Medical School. Eventually it led her to Dr Derek Loewy, and to building Zleep.
Dr Derek Loewy is a sleep specialist and the founder of the Stanford Insomnia Program, where he has spent years assessing and treating sleep problems.
His work focuses on why they happen, and on turning sleep science into things people can actually do.
Tiffany worked alongside him for years to build and refine the Zleep framework. His clinical expertise gives the work its scientific foundation. Zleep's job is bringing it into lives that look nothing like a clinical trial.
You've read the advice, tried the supplements, changed the mattress, cut the coffee. Some of it helped for a week. None of it held.
Sleep doesn't break the same way in everyone. Until you know what's driving yours, you're fixing someone else's problem.
Generic advice assumes one cause. Poor sleep is usually held in place by several things at once, and the mix is different in each person.
The first weeks establish which factors are yours, and in what order they matter. Everything after that is aimed at those.
The behavioural work draws on CBT-I, the clinical standard for insomnia, alongside circadian science and recovery physiology. The framework was developed with Dr Derek Loewy , founder of the Stanford Insomnia Program.
This matters more than it sounds. When sleep has been poor for years, your own read on it stops being reliable. You remember the worst nights and discount the better ones. Numbers settle the question.
Progress isn't linear, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling something. There will be a week where it goes backwards. That's part of the process and it's planned for.
* This is behavioural work, not medical treatment. We don't diagnose or prescribe. If your assessment points to something clinical, sleep apnea for instance, we say so directly and refer you to a physician or sleep clinic.
